Position/Job Title: Business Development Manager
Role: We require an experienced sales person who has at least three years experience selling directly in to the FIBC market place.
The role involves selling to a current customer base in a specified area, as well as to potential customers that are either known to the company or new via the candidates own market research or knowledge. There is an existing product range and a new range of FIBC's to successfully introduce to all customers.
The position is a mix of internal and field sales.
Remuneration: Basic salary that is negotiable depending on experience. Plus a commission /bonus structure.
Requirements: The candidate is required to have a minimum of three years direct sales experience in the FIBC industry. To be honest, motivated, driven, hungry for rewards and able to work under their own initiative.
This is a role that expects personal development and motivation to move the business forward as the role is expected to grow in line with the business strategy.
